"I just need to give kudos and a shout out to Chelsea at this branch. I moved out of state and was having trouble with getting the info I needed to sort my insurance out here, and she truly went above and beyond…and did it with warmth and kindness. In this day and age, kindness and great customer service is sadly few and far in between, but Chelsea showed me that there’s still good ones out there. Mr Gaston, or whoever is in charge of giving out raises, y’all should definitely give Chelsea one. You are very lucky to have an exceptional employee working with you guys. 10/10!"
