"I needed insurance on a home purchase on very short notice. Took a while to get through to the office but Alondra in the new insurance department made me forget all about that. She was astonishingly Knowledgeable. She was able to explain every line item in the quote in detail and analyze why I would want this or that coverage, the alternatives, and the pros and cons. She went back and forth with me on what to include and what was perhaps not necessary. She was pleasant, enthusiastic and saved me a ton of money. Six stars."
